Tricking has a somewhat longer tradition. Starting in the 1960s, this sport developed from martial arts. Tricking is mainly about somersaults, kicks and twists. In contrast to parkour, it is less about the spectacular overcoming of various elements. In connection with tricking, the term martial arts is often used.
