BMX meets Ballet at the #BeActive Awards 2020
As part of the European Week of Sport, the European Commission presents the #BeActive Awards each year in the categories "Education", "Workplace" and "Local Hero". The awards are given to people or projects from Europe who take to heart and promote the principle of an active and sporting lifestyle.
The awards are usually held in the European Sports City of the Year. Due to the pandemic, this year's awards ceremony took place digitally. Thus, the entertainment part also had to be realised in a digital form.
