Digital Show Production for diva-e

Our client diva-e approached us with the wish for a suitable show format to offer their employees a little variety to the home office and the general restrictions in the wake of the pandemic.

True to the motto "special times call for special measures", we quickly developed a virtual variety show that was produced live and exclusively for the staff. The diva-e employees were allowed to vote on which show acts should be presented. Since events with a large live audience are unfortunately not possible during a pandemic, the project was moved into the digital world by means of a live HD stream. This allowed the staff to enjoy a beautiful show from the comfort of their own homes.

We were involved from the very first idea of the client and designed and implemented the event in precise consultation down to the last detail. This included: the compilation of suitable show acts for the voting, the selection and thematic adaptation of a suitable location, the compilation of the necessary technology within the location (light, sound) as well as for the live stream (cameras, video production, server), the selection of a suitable moderator and the planning of the day of the event including the implementation of hygiene regulations as well as the supervision of the artists.
