The preferred area for our rhythmic gymnastics show act is 13m x 13m x 7m (L / W / H), and the minimum required area is 8m x 6m x 4m. Please note that the stage and/or show area must be a flat and even surface.

We will be happy to put together a show with multiple gymnasts or combine the act with alternative sports disciplines. We can gladly assist you in putting together your own sports show.

Rhythmic gymnastics is a sport in which the elements of dance and gymnastics are combined with music. The origins of this sport date back to the 20^th century. The first competitions started in the 1940s. Nowadays rhythmic gymnastics is an Olympic discipline and world championships are held regularly. It is no longer a pure women’s sport – there have also been competitions for men for several years. Rhythmic gymnastics combines a graceful show with maximum body control.
